Our Order Process
If you place an order before 2:00 PM EST, we will begin processing it the same day. Once you have placed your order, it immediately enters our system, and you will receive an email confirmation with an overview of your order.
It takes us 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) to process your order. Once we have shipped your order, it takes an additional 4-8 business days (Monday-Friday) to deliver the items. Shipping is free for all orders within the United States.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Track Your Order
Within 1-3 business days after your order is processed, you will receive your unique tracking number in your email inbox or via SMS. You can track your order here.

Order Cancellation
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed, modifications may not be possible.
Damaged or Wrong Product
We apologize if your product arrived damaged, or if you received a different product than what you ordered.
Please take a picture of the item when you receive it. Then contact us at support@ aldivaluemart.com with your order number, the item you ordered, and an explanation of the problem. We are confident that we will quickly find an appropriate solution for you.

Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed, please wait an additional 3 business days after the maximum delivery time before contacting us. If it still has not arrived, please contact our customer service with your order number.
Delays can be caused by factors such as severe weather conditions, carrier delays, high volume periods (such as holidays), or other circumstances beyond our control. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve any delivery issues as quickly as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

Shipping Restrictions
Some items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or other factors. Any shipping restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase. We reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods for oversized or special items.
