Cancellation Time Frame
We offer refundable cancellation for up to 8 hours after purchase – so if you change your mind within that time frame, please contact us at support@aldivaluemart.com to notify us.
Please note that cancellations are not guaranteed, and we work hard to ship orders quickly. Therefore, cancellations can only be processed within 8 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests received on weekends will not be processed, as our full operations run Monday through Friday during business hours.

When Cancellation Is Not Possible
We cancel and refund as soon as we receive your request, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, we will notify you, and you can still return the products according to our return and refund policy.

Weekend and Holiday Processing
Cancellation requests received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day. Our business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, excluding federal holidays.
Important: Orders placed late Friday may be processed over the weekend for Monday shipping, making cancellation difficult. For Friday orders, please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
