Refunds
After your parcel arrives, we examine the returned items and then issue a refund to the original payment method. This process typically takes up to 14 days on our side. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require extra time before the funds appear on your statement. We do not charge any restocking fee.
Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange, email support@bmsavingshop.com with your order number and details of the item you would like instead. We will check availability, explain the next steps, and advise you how to proceed. Please ensure that items are unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging. Returns that do not satisfy these conditions may be declined.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, please email support@bmsavingshop.com as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that have not yet entered processing or dispatch. Once an order has moved into either stage, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return the parcel after delivery by following the return procedure described above.
Problems With Your Order
If your item arrives damaged or different from what you expected, please email support@bmsavingshop.com with your order number, clear photos of the item, and any visible packaging damage. Our team will review your message and arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
